P&G Canada has once again been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers!
Today, P&G Canada has once again been recognized with the prestigious award of Canada's Top 100 Employers by Mediacorp Canada Inc. This national honour identifies top employers that offer exceptional workplaces for their employees. Among the Company’s many efforts to create an accountable, agile, and inclusive culture, the editors highlighted one of P&G Canada’s Equality & Inclusion efforts of increasing its maternity leave top-up payment for new mothers, as well as offering adoptive top-ups and parental leave top-up for new fathers.
"Each year, the competition is fierce and this year-over-year recognition is a testament to the people who work at P&G Canada and the culture that we all jointly create together," said Geraldine Huse, President of P&G Canada. "I have seen the power of our organization as we continually work to support each other during the pandemic whilst driving the business momentum toward being a Force for Growth and Force for Good."
The Canada’s Top 100 Employers project is a national competition where organizations comparable in size and scope are compared to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs. The application process is rigorous and includes a thorough review of eight criteria: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, financial & Family Benefits, (4) Vacation & Time Off, (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
The full list of this year’s winners was announced this morning in an extended magazine published in The Globe and Mail. The list of winners and the editors’ detailed reasons for selecting each were also released today on the competition homepage.
